7300 X4 Carrier Reefer is running but the screen is blank

Have 7300 X4 carrier refer unit. Just noticed that refer is running but there is nothing on the screen. Like it is off. What that can be? And what should I do to fix it?

You might open the side door and reach in and make sure everything is plugged in good leading too the panel. Can you see anything (text) as in maybe it’s just the backlight?

Screen maybe fubar. They do go out. Only a trip to the dealer will know for sure.

Carrier has a optional sleep mode for the screen.
If you know how to access the technician mode on the keypad you can change that.

 

My apu screen keeps going blank. Comes on went I turn the batteries off then on, come on starts up the apu runs for about 30
Seconds then goes blank and turn the apu unit off (carrier) any suggestions will be appreciated thx
