7300 X4 Carrier Reefer is running but the screen is blank

I don't work on Carrier apu but seems like you have a bad connection or rubbed through wire.Soon as you put a load on the circuit you have no amperage and it cuts out.Check the wire harness where it runs into the unit. Good luck

 

My ultra screen just sticks like this when turned on. Starts, runs and even cools to the previously set temperature of 38° but after checking all the dumb stuff the problem persists.
