76 Kenworth won't turn off with key

    I once wired my AC compressor to starter.
    It quit kicking on, that locked it engaged while key was on, but completed the circuit, you could turn off key and put it on pocket, just killed your gauges.

    Had to stall in gear.

    Make sure the thumb screw on the pump didn't get screwed in for starters.

    it didn't I was shuting off fine when I left 3 weeks ago then got home to let it run for a few and wouldn't turn off. I was out in my otr truck the k100 is a project

    See if there is power on the terminal on the fuel solenoid with the key off.
