Just like any used vehicle dealer, cars or trucks. Ask the same questions. How long at the same location? Check with the BBB for any outstanding complaints. Any unusual gimmicks to get you to buy a truck( no money down, take any kind of credit history, trucks on the lot that look spiffy on the surface but clearly have a spotty history, offering some kind of buy here pay here scheme)

An '06 C15 ??? Rebuild would account for price diff.

Did you do your due dilligence and verify the rebuild? Did you request they provide invoices for the overhaul? Did you obtain oil analysis and ECM printout prior to purchase? What actually failed to cause the engine failure?

 

Documents they provided was fake they bought the truck from a company in North Carolina I tried looking that company up but no luck finding it . 7E is a pack of lying dishonest thieves
