I haul RV campers with my Ford F-350 and I accidentally passed open scale at Marion, AR Sunday evening May 1st , I have never seen this scale opened, did not see open sign in time to safely exit to scale. Truck in front of me and 4 trucks behind me did not stop also.
Question??? I saw someone inside building, but no outside lights were on or in building.
No officer came after me or other trucks, is it possible to they could have wrote down my company name/plate number and send a violation citation in the mail to company???
I drove by in the opposite direction the next night and the lights and building again were not lit, but sign showed “open”
please help or advise, thanks
Accidentally passed Marion, Arkansas scale, will anything happen?

I'm thinking you mean Marion, ARKANSAS, not Marion, Ak (Alaska). Either way nothing to worry about. Carry on.

Couple scales on 80 in Illinois I used routinely breeze on by until they put chase cars in there from time to time and found out from a pal the price of blowing them .
I stop these days .
I even used to wave at them as I drove on by and snap a pic lol .Another Canadian driver, Dave_in_AZ, jamcrodii and 3 others Thank this. -
