Adding manual sliding 5th wheel

    I'd like to be able to slide my 5th wheel. I have one with fixed 5th wheel. Is there easy simple solution to put like manual slider under existing 5th wheel so that I don't have to buy $$$$ air slider 5th wheel?

    Not saying they don't make them. But I've never heard of, or seen, a "manual" sliding fifth wheel. Air sliders, while not cheap, are not that expensive either.

    And if you like gambling, get one on the cheap from a junkyard. Could probably get everything you need such as airlines and a switch going that route.
