I've been hauling agriculture commodities for almost four years now, still haven't found a solution.

I load at mills and unload at dairies most of the time. And every time I get in our out of the truck the little ######## rush in. I've tried the sticky fly tape, the curly goo strings (makes mess of the truck) and mainly the fly swatter. But the ######## just stick around and dive bomb me while driving.

So for all you ag experts out there, what's your solution?

    Thanks

    Feedman Thanks this.

Stealthy moves in and out of the truck, when, and if most of the times that doesn’t work, I cuss the SOB’s until they find a way out :)

And for what’s it worth, I’d rather have the fly then that god awful stench of cow crap and soy bean meal on a hot Florida morning.

    Grouch Marx once said:
"Time flies like an arrow, but
    fruit flies like a banana!"
    Maybe you could try bananas?

Also, an old British colonial trick for keeping flies from landing on you and biting was to drink some quinine every day (this is how tonic water was invented). Flies hate the smell of quinine in your sweat.
