I read post on here about the guy (Falcon7) that got robbed # gun point # the bus station waiting to go home and they took everything including his bus ticket. Well I thought I would relay some advice on this subject since it happened to me about 20 yeaers ago and it taught me a valuable lesson in return. Whenever you are traveling beit in your truck on vacay or waiting for a bus or train, alays put one of your credit cards somewhere apart from your wallet weather its under your shoe sole or what ever you can do to get creative. Also always keep some money separate from your main cash supply and again its on you to get creative on hiding places. And last BE AWARE of your surroundings and never venture out in bad areas i.e. bus stations, strange cities or nighttime situations. I prctice these things myself and I would like to think it s kept me safe all these years. And to Falcon7 I m sorry that happened to you and I hope you weren t hurt and are doing better

Back in the young and dumb days, I got robbed at a bus station in the N.E. - guy asked for change for a $50 and I was dumb enough to pull out my wallet (which had $400 in it) and he snatched it and ran. I ran after him between the busses, when 3 or 4 big guys stopped me and told me to turn around or regret it.
They're lucky I wasn't armed or they'd all be dead now. It was all I had after being burned out in a fire.
