Yourd looking at around 30 to 35 thousand.a year $500.00 a week after taxes.Werner it varies sometimes you'll make as little as $300.00 a week.Of course that's not right considering drivers work alot of hrs but it is what it is.

I know this was just a sample only nothing more. I'm always careful on what to apply for.

Okay if a person works 3 days and makes $500 a day.
    3 days x $500 = 1500 in 1 week.
$1500 x 4 Weeks = $6,000 After taxes almost $5,100. Just a sample I just saw this and tried making up a math sample.

Drivers get paid only for the miles they drive. You do not get paid for your on duty hours unless you have been sitting waiting to get unloaded for hrs then after so many hrs detention kicks in but Its still a huge slap in the face what many companies pay for detention. If you've been sitting at the terminal all day waiting to get trk serviced or repaired you'll receive I think $50.00 a day which is another slap in the face.

Your file is not right. Driver are home every 4th day. Not 4 days off

Trust me I have determination for the job I want. At retail I worked 8 hours and I was lifting heavy stuff all day working in the Walmart receiving area. after 5 hours then the manager says "Oh hey can you shelf 5 pallets of candy for me?" "Thanks" and I quit that job. I'd rather sit and wait for the truck to unload. Plus I can go worldwide driving all states not just Illinois.
