$160 a month for insurance seams a bit lite. 160 x 12 = $1920 per year. It should be more in the order of 5 - 800 per month maybe higher depending where you are driving.

Health insurance is way to low for a family more in the order of 11 - 1300 per month

It looks like you are figuring 4 weeks per month. There is actually 4-1/3 weeks per month. kind of nit-picky but it does make a difference.

I have a lot of communication expenses, cell phone, hot-spot, computer, some web-hosting, etc... I need all that stuff to do my job and it adds up. Not sure what your requirements are for those things.

    w.h.o Thanks this.

No, You can find a affordable insurance quote between 200-300 per month (certain restrictions apply of course higher deductables etc)

Are you leasing with somebody? if not,Your insurance is WAY off.....Your lookin at around 46-$10,000 per year to get the RIGHT coverages for your business, including general liability,Occ/Acc or workers comp

your variable costs are fairly close, Tires can be unpredictable, (Too many Shoddy tire mfg's out there today with soft rubber compunds) Figure your Steers are every 12-16 months anyway

    Trailer or not?
