Amazon Relay WARNING to all drivers, Account Suspended! NO REASON

It’s 2023..is anyone else Amazon relay acct terminated or suspended for false accusations?

 

5b states in the terms reasons they can terminate their contract with you. One of the reasons were engaging in fraud (we have never done this). 5a states they can give you a 30 day termination written notice.

 

Everything they said was strange. From the first Amazon relay employee stating they would not tell us why and not to email them. I still found a email address and emailed them and that’s when another Amazon relay employee told us we violated terms 5b and stated we could appeal. We appealed and they told us they are standing on it and the whole spill they told another person on this blog.

 

I know one Owner Op got black listed by a few brokers because his accountants fax number was on his mcs 150 and that fax number was also associated with a known double brokers mcs 150 as that accountant.

yes some accountants offer full service to truckers. On all paperwork.


Amazon could be using that same list.

 

We’ve never double brokered or anything. We just got our MC 5 months ago and started running with Amazon. So I don’t know how our MC can be associated with anything fraudulent/double brokerage

 

They have to get rid of their contractors somehow..

As each day passes there are less and less Amazon trucks clogging the roadways. From what I hear, those that remain are 80 to 90% empty- too many reasons why to list here.

 

Right! That’s been my thoughts, but at least let me go truthfully.

 

My guess is they might have made a mistake , might even realize they did so , but the time it would take to fix it is not worth their while and they just do not care at all how this effects you. Its not even worth the five minutes to look into it because they have an army of trucks waiting to take your place

 

Unfortunately for you they most likely have no idea of your race and more importantly they highly likely couldn't care less. This means that you have a victim mindset. You'll always be inferior to whoever you think is oppressing you. Make more money, doesn't matter. Smarter, doesn't matter. Happier life, doesn't matter. As long as your default to any obstacle is crying victim then you are inferior.
The truly sad part is you actually do have someone oppressing you, yourself.
