The end of SPD is near. They just announced that we are moving away from the Roadmaster group and partnering with guess who...E.W. We-lie!!!!! I am out of here as soon as the transition is complete...I refuse to work with any level of E.W. We-lie management. So there goes another good company down the ####ter.

I doubt you'll see a difference honestly, you're just going to be under their umbrella and probably see better freight patterns. But you, being you, will surely find the thorn in the rose.

All I can say is wow SSB!!! You appear to be a shiot magnet!!! I watched the video. I think that those guys have no idea about what's is going to happen. They're just trying to paint a picture to help calm the drivers. The fact of the matter is, no one really knows what's going to happen. Usually the driver is the only one to suffer. Management could see some losses as the new company will fire those because of redundancy in the work force. Maybe you should look into a private company to work for? It's worked well for me. I'm going to be retiring in June of 2024. I will be 60. Good luck to you.

They painted the same rosey picture when they announced it with Moore's management...my butthole is still scared from that dry ####. The one way you can tell when Wylie senior management is lying is by those flappy soup coolers moving. I give it until the end of 2023 before all of SPD's freight is being hauled by red Pete's and SPD will be a distant memory. I should have known never to trust anything associated with Daseke.

Sorry...I went thru a Wylie partnership turned merger...they won't change things quickly, but you can bet your bottom dollar they WILL change thing, and not for the better in regards to SPD personell. Wylie's management team are power hungry, greedy ######## who want to be Daseke's #1 company and would screw over their own mothers to get to that level. They couldn't care any less about the other company's people...it's the Wylie way or the highway.

I truly hope you at least give it a chance before jumping ship. Absolutely none of those things happened when we were put under RMG’s umbrella a year ago. Moore was incorporated into Wiley because they were hemorrhaging money and about to go out of business. I don’t believe that to be the case here. Unless SPD management has been lying to our faces for years.

Been there done that..and this was before the EPA emissions trucks and Obamacare and the ELD mandate....I would rather panhandle at the end of an interstate than own my own truck again...or work with/for any Wylie management ########.
