I'm staged 60 miles from delivery tomorrow morning. So far i've burned 857 gallons of fuel in 3120 miles. That's a killer 3.64 MPG on this trip. That head wind was really making my truck work.

Made it to North Bend. The wind coming up the last 25 miles of 82 were more windy than WY, and was almost as bad all the way until about half way between Ellensburg and Snoqualmie. Snoqualmie was just wet with snow, but the temps were well above freezing so it wasn't sticking and it's supposed to be warm until around midnight. Down in Kent tomorrow it's gonna be a rainy unload, but I really can't complain, most of my unloads this winter have been in decent weather, so I'm due.

Coquille, OR “way out” on the south west coast of Oregon. Had to do some rewiring after I found one of my front fender marker lights not working. The wiring had rubbed through in not one, but two different places. Patched and wrapped in many layers of blue tape for a bit of protection. 0C5E1581-F819-4C01-9D5F-FA1A3C8DC6DC.jpeg 96254533-C6A4-41A3-B720-39FBC40986DF.jpeg

One of the things I dislike about oversize is I almost never deliver with a clean truck and trailer, I’m usually too big to fit into a wash bay. This time I’m particularly filthy. D018210C-5832-46B9-833C-00E7C43A88FE.jpeg

No, and any company I have ever worked for that paid for certain holidays, never paid for President's Day. Like @drvrtech77 said, it's an irrelevant holiday...most customers don't even acknowledge it's existence either.

I would be claustrophobic in a sleeper that small.
