Some businesses observe President's Day in the Seattle area. After I got empty in Kent, I headed to the yard. At 9:30 I went thru Seattle like #### thru a goose.

I took a look at our new trailers still stacked up here in Arlington. I swear, the brackets where the sliding rear tandems lock looks too flimsy to hold that much weight. But at least they put storage boxes on there.

There must not be any new drivers this week. The orientation minivan is still sitting there at 5 am. Usually it would be parked at the hotel.
And this is one of the sliding tandem brackets I was talking about that looks too flimsy to hold the tandems.

The shop got my truck as done as they could. New windshield, full service on APU, plus new glow plugs for it. New steer tires, and a yearly DOT inspection. No new batteries, no new bumper end(it needs the part over the driving lights too. The end piece was loose because the tabs on the center piece that hold it in are worn...like @kylefitzy said, it's a common problem with these plastic Sweedish Dogs, and they don't have those center pieces in stock), and no clearing check engine light (needs dealer, but not a critical fault). Oh, and they got me a 2nd cup holder, which I needed because I don't always finish all my coffee before I start on water, and one cup holder isn't enough for me.
Now I am picking up in Everett going down to near Charleston...another load of lavatories (and some gallies)...on a conestoga...and it can deliver by the end of the month.austinmike, Speed_Drums, Lonesome and 4 others Thank this.
