Awww c'mon, I am just stating the facts. Just wait, once Wylie gets rolling, they're masters of intimidation. That's why I alledgedly resigned (according to them) after I resisted their intimidation and bullying.

I noticed that about the trailer numbers too when I was up in Arlington last week. I wonder if the truck numbers will change. When they assimilated Moore, we had to add an 'M' to our truck numbers so we didn't overlap any of their equipment numbers.

Well I wrapped up this month 89 miles shy of 12,000. Almost two straight months of nothing but oversize loads. They snuck my first two legal loads of the year in today. Skin cart back to the yard and a legal load of crates back to the yard.

I’ll load an oversize for Washington tomorrow, our guys that usually do these runs are/were stuck in that crazy winter weather last week. 5F8CB9C3-3348-40B0-8B48-56091D042188.jpeg I’m going to miss this truck. Even with almost 600k it is still turning heads and getting compliments. This blue really pops in the sun.

Unloaded and reloaded today. Dropped in Hanahan, picked up inlets from Ladson. When I sent in my empty call this morning, I got a load that picked up tomorrow. When I tried to call them to see if they would be able to load today instead, the number on the Peoplenet was no longer used. So I called Toledo to see if they could find a different number, she said no, but she did have an alternate load that picked up and delivers the same places, but picked up today instead. The driver that was on the alternate load was running late, so she swapped our loads. It took me less than an hour to open the conestoga, load, secure and fix the front door of the trailer. So now I am headed back to Kent before Tuesday...I am running tight on my 70, so I got west of Knoxville today and will do a 34 then be able to deliver Monday.

I forgot to mention, after I spoke to Kim about her thoughts on this Wylie deal(before she and Chubby were excused) I decided to put myself back on the OD board(before winter was finished, that way it doesn't look like I am a fair weather OD driver). I figure, whether it works out here with the Wilie deal or not, having the experience of hauling various OD loads will be beneficial in the long run. Even if it has a slight initial effect on my productivity now, down the road it'll pay off...here or elsewhere.

Excuse the slight issues with wording...this is my visual voicemail and it sometimes doesn't understand words right...it should be Crete's instead of creates...BTW I called them back and insisted they contact recruiting and have my name permanently removed from their database, and that I will never set foot on any Acklie property again...not sure if talking to a real person about leaving me alone will do any more good than messages, but it was worth a shot.
