I should have been more specific. The truck I was hauling was having issues. The customer decided to take a different truck to the event.

Ahh...I thought your truck was asking to be retired so they can move you to one of these Volvos until the new heavy haul trucks arrive :p

When are you going I to come join the fun at Deere? Lord knows I see enough of your Wile E Coyote brethren there…

Lol heavy haul trucks. They got rid of the guy who could get us special trucks. I was told the only thing different about our trucks is they will have a factory suspension over inflation. Something all of our trucks should have in my opinion. And maybe stacks. The only stacks I’ve seen on nextgen 680’s have been behind the sleeper. All that’s going to do is push our headache racks back and they will get hit more.

You can get side stacks but only the passenger side is active. Too bad they won’t at least get you T880’s spec’d with a proper frame and axle setback. Even our new heavy haul four axle Western Star (Cascadia’s) have auto’s now, it’s a sign of the times

If they're going to mid-roof trucks, since we're partners with Wylie, I see a transition to Petes. We're already using PACCAR motors, so all they'd be doing is changing body styles some.

I know you can get side stacks on the 680 and 880’s. I’ve just never seen side stacks on a 680 nextgen. I’ve only seen one 680 next gen with stacks and that was a loanstar truck and it had dual back of sleeper stacks. Hopefully they are on the side or just a weed burner. I’d rather not have them honestly. The truck already doesn’t look cool, let’s not try to put lipstick on an aerodynamic pig.
