An old man's career goes flat, Snackbar moves to open deck

Well did you beat rush hour? Hopefully you didnt run into the backup I had in rockwall tx area where a driver used his trailer to start a bonfire. By the time I pased it still on fire nothing was salvageable

 

The man could step in dung and come out smelling like roses! Florida to Wa. Nice!

if you stayed on 20 through DFW you might have seen us with out tires weaving (safely and leaflet of course) through traffic two lanes at a time. By the time we passed that wreck they were sweeping up. Still had a six mile backup though.

 

I was coming from broken vow ok going to ft worth. Unfortunately it was I 30 all the way to 820. I dont like 30 would rather be on 20. Seems like there is always a back up on 30

 

I’m a dummy. We were heading the same way, the wreck I saw was out my Weatherford on 20. I know right where Rockwell is, I’ve sat in many a backup there before. I rank DFW drivers as the worst, even over nashville, Atlanta, and LA.

 

How many miles is that? My longest was a craft beer load from San Diego to Bangor, Maine. 3,200 miles. Yours has to be close.

I do a 3500 mile run pretty regularly from NJ to WA but that’s mostly due to routing. We have to go almost as far south as nashville then work our way back north due to height. By the end of that run I’m sick of looking at that container in my mirror.

 

Lol Dallas and Houston suck, but nothing is as bad as LA and Atlanta…well maybe DC on the occasion you have to go into the belt line
