I reweighed my truck and empty RGN. I am 46060 with this Volvo and a stretch RGN. That makes that box truck 26,700 lbs. They must have had something in the back of that truck like a charger or giveaway swag because the data plate on the door said what the load info said(15,000+ lbs)

My thought exactly. Was the truck box locked? If it was, then more than likely they had stuff crammed in it. I know it isn’t the same, but my brothers job has him moving about 3 or 4 times a year all over the country, he puts every last thing in his Camry. I’m sure when the car hauler comes to pick it up, he questions why it’s feels like an over weight dry van.

Speaking of Tim, when I was up there last, he said he is officially retiring later this month. He said he wants to have some fun before he gets too old. I wonder how long before he's back, at least part time. Doing this as long as he has, it'll be tough to quit cold turkey.

Just remember, until you get to the office, you’re just another 4 wheeler. And that makes you the enemy! Haha

good job! That release pin is one of the biggest pains of the whole process. I usually don’t even mess around and go straight to my 3’ pry bar. A fifth wheel puller would work too.

And I'm on hold. Once on the trailer, the machine I am hauling is over 14' 6" which puts it into pole pilot car territory. So now the big wigs have to have a pow wow on what to do. Part of the problem is, this isn't heavy enough to take the arch out of this double drop and there is a minimal amount of padding under the shrinkwrap and it is sitting on 2 2x4's because there are wheels under there that they don't want riding on the deck, and they're only 1/8" off the deck sitting on the dunnage...all together I am too tall, front and back.

I ended up using my company winch bar to get it.
