If things are gonna go like at Moore, we will see the Prepass side of our toll transponder get shut off.

Interesting, yeah there’s a push on by some of the larger insurance companies like Great West Casualty trying to get companies to install driver facing cameras to add to their risk mitigation, and of course the use of AI cameras help reduce the stress on safety departments.

Hopefully they review the legal ramifications of having a coaching system in place and decide to change directions, all’s good until a smart defense attorney subpoenas your server and finds out that you have been allowing drivers to conduct “unsafe” acts on the regular and that you are of course liable for an incident. And not to mention the number of drivers who walk, and of course the top drivers will be the ones who can get the best opportunities so you end up loosing your high performing staff. You’d have be able to have some serious trust to successfully run driver facing cameras or just not care about the churn it causes, from the sounds of things I know which path E.W. is likely to take….good luck.

The presentation said SPD 4 times and EW Wylie once. It looks like an oversight to me, I’m sure we were both presented with the same slideshow. It was pretty generic to Samsara.

Loaded a Wylie hand me down load for SoCal. 1900 miles of gravy.

Got to test out my securement when a lovely member of the motoring public couldn’t figure out how to merge when I didn’t move over for them. They took it personally, brake checked me, and nearly got punted into next week. Disk brakes are pretty sweet.

And I thought 4 skid steers on a step deck was to much work.

I spoke to my travel agent yesterday on the way home. He said he has a driver giving him static about why he wasn't getting any OD loads. He told him that there are very few OD loads moving right now...which was a relief to me because I though I pissed off someone in the OD load planning department because I haven't seen an OD load in a while.

I would trade a no tarp 4 stop skid steer load for a 4 stop tarp TMX load any day.
