They don’t use it for anything right now.

yes I look through the everyday. The only thing I’ve noticed is I’ll get a random old trip or trailer number. That’s easily fixed right before certification.

the Samsera is much easier to read the log events because it’s very similar
To how I would do paper logs. Peoplenet would log every time it lot communication, I turned the key on, the engine started to stoped ect. Every day would be 3 pages of events, Samsara only had 11 entries yesterday, all of them in the correct location.

have you called Samsera directly to try to address these issues, much like peoplenet, no one in Arlington can help you with the actual eld system.

    ###### SSB your log has rubbed off on mine. It did the same thing yours did for the first time last night. I just made a remark, obviously I didn’t teleport from sikeston to effingham and back to sikeston. IMG_6586.jpeg

By what others have said, Samsara customer service it 2nd to none in regards to being totally useless. I messaged safety directly about it and Drew called me and said it could be the truck losing signal but couldn't explain how all the erroneous locations along with the correct locations that followed were all were entered while sitting in the same parking spot. And some of the erroneous loacations were several states away.

As far as the Peoplenet location, that is either how Arlington had it set to do, or how their level of coverage was set. At WyMoore, we used pretty much the same dash units, but they only updated our location every 15 minutes...at Creaffer they had it set to every 6 minutes.

Reboot the tablet, it'll fix the wrong location for that 1 log....but ya gotta reboot every time it does it. I would msg Drew so there is a record that this is happening to more than just me...

BTW they can fix erroneous drive time now. My PC glitch that added 1 min of drive time during PC got resolved and was changed back to PC

Talked to my dispatcher today about starting to use Love's again. He said it wasn't my Love's points account that I needed to change... it's my whole account I use to sign on to the app with, including a new email. When I asked what that has to do with it because it's the same app no matter what email I use, he didn't know...so, it looks like once I get my new card, I swipe at the pump from now on, until that gets skimmed. Honestly, it would be easier to change companies than keep up with all the changing bull #### going on here.

Also, once he gets back in the office he needs to check my newly issued card number because the one they sent has one more digit than my old one, so unless EFS ran out of card numbers and had to add an additional digit, something is amiss...but it seems to work with the Flying Peelot app, unless my fuel purchases are going into a pending file at PFJ and it's gonna wait until the worst possible time to deny my fuel purchase, which would be my luck.

My company exclusively uses loves with the exception for a few Sapp Bros.… And we haven’t had one instance of any of that happening to either our fuel card or our rewards card

In all my EFS card usage over the years, this is the 1st for me. Either the other companies didn't make it public that they were getting hacked or they just weren't getting hacked...either way, this is one more check mark in the bad reason talley for working here.

Sounds like it has nothing to do with your card number getting stolen. Your account got hacked so they have your email and password, therefore they have access to the card and figured out your pin/hacked it.

make a free yahoo email, setup a password manager (I use Bitwarden, it generates ramdon passwords and stores then on your phone), make a new loves account, let spd know. Sounds like This problem could be solved in ten minutes.

you should probably look at any other accounts that used the same password, if you do that. Also, don’t do that!
