You have to work your way up to OD loads. Right now I am limited to regular old open deck. One day I'd like to be on the OD list.

Got my next load...pu outside Charleston SC by 2 pm tomorrow, deliver in Kent, WA ASAP...another nice 3200 mile week(with empty miles). A light load to boot, which means it'll probably be windy across WY.

Not like they were 10-15 years ago. And that’s a good thing. Diversification is key to staying busy. We still mainly focus on the aerospace industry and high value finished goods.

They must give all the good loads to the new guys. Brought a customer owned trailer to texas. Was planing on unloading and reloading it in the morning then taking it 32 miles to the yard.

Now I’m meeting another driver at the same customer in the morning and swapping trailers. I’ll load his covered flat and take it to 315 to Oklahoma, then bobtail 225 miles home for 2 weeks off. That will put me at 13,400 miles for the month.
