This Boeing union are run by knuckleheads… They’re gonna turn around and demand a substantial pay raise when the quality of the product they’re putting out is literally garbage and putting peoples lives at risk… just cannot fix stupid… they don’t deserve a pay raise at all

 

Get the executive team to give back their 15-25% ANNUAL raises from the last 5 years first.

Also, the plant that has had all the quality control issues in NON-UNION.

Also, it was the executives decision to cut QA. I also don't think QA is union, but I'm not sure.

All their recent problems have been with the 737 built in Wichita/renton, wa, both union shops. The only plane built in SC is the 787 Dreamliner.

None of these are union problems. They are management problems.

 

For a guy that is so pro union I find it odd that you work for a company that closed divisions to get out from under union contracts. As passionate as you are I would think your principles wouldn’t allow you to be employed there.
