Got both of the Chicagoland stops kicked off and made it to the last OH toll road service plaza before you jump off onto I-80. I may be able to get to my final stop in Newark before they stop receiving tomorrow. We'll see how the weather plays out tomorrow.

In Toledo the planer told me she felt bad about giving the guy before me a Ravenswood to LA load because she was looking for double drop loads for me. Once we worked out that I needed anything heading back Midwest area theg had another ca trip within the hour. Pictured here. Using a lumber tarp on two 9” tall pallets is real dumb but I guess it worked.

I have two short 40’ plates for Wichita, the rest we are moving to a double drop stretch and I guess I’m heading west. There must be something out there for me to bring back. I’m guessing big blue boxes to Wichita.

who ever designed our three piece tarp set should be slapped. The center tarp can be turned sideways to cover 24’ worth of low load. But if the load is too low you won’t have any d rings to use because they are 10’ apart. That’s why I used my green tarp.

Lonesome, Winnyf1 and dwells40 Thank this.

Saw a stepdeck pulling a regular sea can heading west across the IN toll road today. Hopefully she can find me something good and long headed west. I've seen enough of the east coast for a while

Two of us picked up regular sea cans for Boeing at the beginning of this month, they were going to SLC. I think it’s pretty regular. Obviously you need a twic and a sealink card though.

I'm sure it can't be because there only seems to be 1 plow truck for the entirety of new mexico.. I've been stuck on that stretch of 40, more times then I care to think about

A sealink is required to pick up at the ports in the north east. Maybe the the pa/ny/nj ports. You also need a transponder for your truck. Spd pays for all of those things though and you get them right by the port. The worst part of the whole process is finding a money order to pay for the sealink. That’s the only thing they accept.
