I don't have any more sick pay, but I am heading home after I deliver Monday. And I will have an application sent out by Tuesday or Wednesday. At this point, Swift would be an improvement over this cesspool.

SSB you just have to convince yourself that this part of your career is over. It seems like every week is something different that causes you grief. I agree with Rugerfan that you should head home and take all the sick time you have available, man the phones and look for another place to call home even if the pay is slightly less than desirable. You are working on an ulcer or heart attack if you continue dealing with these A-holes. Call it quits, regroup and move on before it's too late. I wish you luck sir.

Take me with you! We really are circling the drain. I’m convinced no one in Arlington is making any of the decisions, the emails should all end in ‘ah.

Believe me, I have been convinced about being done here since W-TFI started making changes with pay. This only adds insult to injury. It would make me grin ear to ear to see a lot full of empty trucks when I go to turn mine in because I know a lot of drivers that are as unhappy as me about all the TFI crap and losing PC might be the last straw.

Okay, I've been keeping up with this thread for a while, even though I don't comment much.

I don't think I've ever seen KyleFitzy complain. If he's upset, the company needs to seriously reevaluate what they're doing.

Snackbar, maybe someone in management will read this thread and listen to other drivers opinions, and maybe they will reverse the no PC policy? If enough drivers get upset about it, it's possible for them to reverse it (even if the chance is small).

I realize there's a lot of other problems going on with the company that you've mentioned as well though. If you do end up going somewhere else, good luck and start a new a thread for all of us!

Yeah, I think it might be either Fargo or Montreal dictating what they want Arlington to say. Just like when Chubby and Tracy posted the YouTube message about us being partnered with Wylie. It was almost the exact same script as when they YouTubed us when Moore was being assimilated into Wylie.

If I remember back a year ago or more when all that company takeover started with Wylie I think it was at first? I remember snackbar saying the company was going to go to the toilet when that happened and lots of people said he was being dramatic.. doesn't look like he was too far off !

Sad to see another greedy corporation ruin what was a good trucking company

It’s crossed my mind for sure. But as of now, little to nothing has changed for me as far as my work and regular pay. Our vacation and sick pay got cut but that’s less than 2% of my pay. With what I do I’m somewhat insulted from the regular freight market issues that @supersnackbar has been dealing with.
