If that would have had any kind of contour, at the speed they were moving, it might have generated a little lift like an airplane wing

We might or might not had a driver and a set of state troopers called in on for doing 80 on the loop around Atlanta with a 19’6” wide wing. They weren’t speeding, they were qualifying for the Watermelon 500.

I got my doors blown off the other day in Arizona by a big oversize. Had to be 16+ . No troopers just 3 pilots.
    I was doing 75....lol

Probably 6-7 years ago. A company driver in Chubby's old 660 that SPD bought when he came into the office. The headache rack and drom deck is on this truck now. IMG_7543.jpeg

I wouldn't want to have the pressure of driving the boss' old truck. I would feel like he was gonna give it the once over every time I came in the yard just to make sure I was taking extra special care of his old baby.

Unload was fun today. It was a small remote state tech college building. The entrance driveway had a center divider and light poles right on the curb. It was too small to turn a 53' trailer in off the road, so I ended up turning into the exit side (which had a double turn lane.) The rest of the driveway was still just as small, but I got in and out without taking down any signs or light poles. Getting out was just as fun, but managed it with only one curb hop(And a fun blind side back that utilized the empty handicap parking spots). Made delivering in Queens seem like a walk in the park. I am glad I am done hauling elevator loads to construction sites.
