Okay so as promised here is the news....

Over the last month and after careful consideration, I terminated my contracts with Schneider. I have turned my truck in and taken a job with a union company pulling wiggle wagons. This had been in the works prior to signing the lease with Schneider, they called me the day after I signed it and I turned them down to give the choice program a fair chance. But after giving it a go and evaluating the cash flow and freight, my wife and I made a decision that my time at home is more valuable than once a month for a couple of days, and we would like to be able to afford health insurance. This has ZERO to do with revenue or with freight availability or me spending to much time at home.

DFO and I talked about this at length several times and he stood by like a true friend to listen to my thought process and offer his opinion based on his outside perception of my situation. I truly appreciate DFO and his candor while we discussed this topic.

I wanted to wait until after all the onboarding was finished before I said anything publicly, call me superstitious, but I did not want to be counting chickens before they hatched.

To those who might read this thread from start to end, I will say this about SNI. I was never once treated poorly nor did I ever have to look for my pay to be in my account when it was suppose to be. I had the opportunity to grow as a person and to grow my career.

So that is it for me, I am off to green pastures...
