One time at loves I saw one of them getting several door signs with different dot numbers and names on them… and kept shoving his phone with the translator app in the clerk’s face. The fuel desk clerk did a remarkable job keeping from blowing a fuse at him.

 

Yeah well.....at least the foreigner you're talking about had enough sense to use some level of communication. The guy in the pickup, who could speak English, and is American I assume, and knows the American way, got himself stuck in the concrete. I'm sure there was a sign that said "Right Lane Closed." I'm actually freely admitting that the concrete sculptor is retarded. The foreigner isn't necessarily retarded. He's just in a place where English isn't his first language. Now the clerk being annoyed by him using a translator, I could argue that the clerk was acting retarded because of an unwillingness to understand. That's not a discussion for this thread though. I'd rather keep making fun of the concrete master. I wonder if they sent him a bill for that damage.
