I'm really considering switching to conway truckload from my current company (Sharkey). Just curious about pay/benefits/home time. Right now I have free insurance, home every weekend, on a dedicated 5 state regional reefer run, and make anywhere from 700-900 gross a week. What can I expect at Conway?
Any and all questions about Conway Truckload can be answered here!

You earn 1 day hometime for every week out, how often you put in is up to you. I would not expect to make it home on a specific date without renting a car/bus/train/plane (That's for OTR -- regional is probably different)
weekly gross 700-1500 (usually 900-1200) -

I'd rather pay 10-20/week for insurance to typically earn an extra 200-300/week, but if dependable hometime is important I wouldn't recommend conway truckload otr

I'd jump on with Starky lol ...even Regional I think they only get 1 day per week ...unless a load goes by the house
personally I'd stay where you are to be home every weekend -
My husband is thinking of making a move to Conway. Can anyone give me more specifics on benefits offered, cost and waiting period??? Family Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k. Does the company match any of the 401k??

I've been asking different drivers here if they are still with their respective companies, trying to learn if what they were told was crap or straight ######. Are you still with Con-Way?

Please don't ever say we work as partners and stay up together. I wanted to strangle someone who did that right then and there in the kc drop lot. Hate bringing relays for those people.
Just a friendly tip
