Is ConWay a good place for team drivers?

I read that ConWay truckload drivers are allowed to use the ConWay Freight terminals. Do the ConWay Freight terminals have gyms?

No. Just restrooms and break rooms.
Not all freight terminals are set up for us, or have room for us.
Personally I rarely use a freight yard. Can't stay hooked to trailer, have to ask permission. And frankly, not all are welcoming. Although that is getting better.

A lot of pages to go thru. Retiring medically from the military in a few months. Have my CDL with tanker getting my Passport ID card now in the mail, and HazMat in a few weeks to follow. I should be discharged in the next couple of months. Con-Way seems like a good fit for me. How are miles paid? i never asked that question. Are you paid routed miles or practical miles? I"m sure i'll have more questions, such as equipment. I'm glad i can bring my dog with me, he's my buddy. Be safe and truck on.

Tell me about this passport ID card you speak of. Will my normal passport work ok? I know it sound like a silly question but with Murphy running things, I figure I better ask!
