Any Gemini drivers on Here from FL??

Just wondering as I'm currently working for Gemini in the DFW area. I'm looking at maybe wanting to transfer to FL and was wondering what it's like? Doesn't matter which part of FL as I'm open to all areas.

My main questions are

1# Are the load pays adjusted pretty fair to where you generally make more than min pay? I need to at least avg 300.00/day with my current bills.

2#What are your start time schedules? I'm currently on a 12pm-12am shift so it would be nice to keep that but it's not a deal breaker either way.

They use to park 1 truck in Anna, they don't anymore. They have trucks that park at caddo mills, Hutchins, denton, and ft worth
