That's what I thought weekend dispatched said Do Not run paper because Qualcomm is still recording everytime I drive, I got a lot of editing to do when they fix it.

I told Swift I'm done until they get it fixxed but the refuse to let me just drive to a terminal without a load it's bs

Just go to the terminal already lol. Have to be careful what you say and what you ask for over the phone with these people. First thing you should do before going is log onto the elogs website and download your logs missing for past days and fill out paper logs to cya. Then I would just drive to the terminal to get in the shop. Don't ask, don't tell, just do it.

Yes that's a bit far, I thought you were 150 miles from a terminal. Hmm better wait and see what they want to do.

In the meantime, you don't need a printer, I think download the logs, copy the times down on paper logs going back 7 days and make one for today of course going forward. Might even call in like you do and suggest to them to log you off the system as you are on paper logs. If they balk, ask to speak to safety, keep working your way up the chain til you get someone who knows what to do. Those seat-warmin' driver managers #1 goal is to watch the clock tick away so they can go home.

Scarface, have you tried to unplug the power cable to the box. Let it sit for little while. Then plug back in. As far as paper, I remember back in e-log class, if QC is not working where a DOT officer can see your logs, you better have paper to show them.
