Depends what kind u talk on about. The back is easy to fix, the front, not so much. The twist kind or push kind?
Dominick253 and 4noReason Thank this. -

If the box is sitting on the pin, you can grab your hammer and pound it back, u might need dw40. For the back, you can hammer the twist kind back to unlock. Be careful to not put your hand in the gap or the box will crush your hand once it drop.
If the back pins are not align right to the box, you can find a rail track and bump it and it might jump in. Or you can move your tandem back and forward, just a hit it a little harder than usually.
If the front is not align.... u can try to bump it on a track or curb.....or push it with another trailer if u know what I mean, the front is hard to fix if not align and I usually get help for that.
But everything else u can fix it yourself4noReason Thanks this. -

53's flex quite a bit, sometimes moving the tandems will align the pins....

If it's a front pin and you are not hooked up yet, crank the landing gear down a ltitle bit. Then back in at an angle with the 5th wheel on the side pin won't go in that should twist the chassis enough to slide it in. Also if you don't have full fenders on your truck like I do, keep a 4x4 with you and if the front pin won't line up because the box is to low or the pin is stuck, put the 4x4 on your drive tire and drop the suspension it should twist the container just enough to get the pin in or out.
