Just wondering when you can quit without owing them money. Not sure if your 120,000 mile contract starts when you’re with your trainer or when you go solo.
I know on the roehl app it shows your career miles but I’m wondering if that is a trick.. anyone who has quit after hitting 120,000 on the app please respond.
Anybody ever quit roehl who had contract?

Misread this. Send a pc msg asking if your 120,000 mile contract has been fulfilled, it’s what I’d do.

It used to be $4000 you owed , $6000 when sent to collections.
baha Thanks this. -
Your hiring bonus will go strait to collections plus fees. No chance to pay it back at all. Crooks

Every body I went to with class quit driving and it was immediately sent to collections.
The extra they pad into the bill is nothing if you are earning that much more at another place of employment that pays better.
It's not like their going to come collect your trailer home , pickup and girlfriend .slow.rider Thanks this. -
I'm no lawyer but my understanding is if you have to get the answer via phone, you can still establish a written record of the call by sending an email to whomever answers your question, thanking them for the time they spent on such-and-so date explaining that xyz is the correct method for measuring miles for the purpose of determining contract fulfillment. And if you can't get that person's address, you can still send an email to the company inbox, praising that person for doing the same in such a courteous and professional manner on such-and-so date and time. If they don't reply with a correction, it implies that they're accepting the information as correct.
Also, when you're about to quit, you can send an email saying you intend to resign by such and so date on the understanding that you will have fulfilled your contract by then, and if this understanding is mistaken could they please let you know as soon as practical so you can modify your plans accordingly. And I'm pretty sure that many email service providers have an option that informs you when an email is opened, so they can't say they didn't receive it.Last edited: Mar 17, 2021

Is this contract for a lease or for them paying for your driving school?
-
Is this 120,000 loaded miles, or go empty miles count too?
