I gave a logical simple answer.
Any conversation as to why simple logic is ignored will eventually end up in a political discussion. Just saying.

Well, Big companies wouldn’t want their driver to know English. The more ignorant their employees are the more
Advantage companies would take .
As soon as the driver learns English , he/she will look for something better or will claim his/her rights .
Just saying .

These days it is only opinions on things like twitter. Logic has little to do with anything anymore.
