Actually mine was a addressed to someone else at my address. I bought this house last year. Evidently a truck driver lived in it before.
That's why I threw it away.

I've always had a clean DAC. Maybe not now. I was a bad boy in 2009. :)

OH You KNOW I'm on this!
Anything to get free money from a bottom feeder like HireRight!
I hope everyone who falls into the date periods will put pen to paper for the grand prizes!
I want to see that POS company pay every penny the judge says they owe!
Too bad it can't be slid onto the companies that posted BS reports too! That would be the frosting on the cake!

    The Road Dog Thanks this.

Wow if the 1.9 million is split 50/50 with you and your lawyer that'd be a nice check huh , class action seems like there'll be a few fingers in the pie $135 seems about right. I'd love to see what the lawyer gets though

Usually they will have you sign a 33% contract. That's even for working a wrongful death suit.

I would really like the Million$$ plus but that'll only happen on Powerball! But anything that can be called free money I'll take in a heartbeat!

I have been calling attorneys from the area and nobody knows about it, an attorney from the class said if you file a claim yourself there is a 2 year statute of limitations on filing direct claims (I have not checked this), if there is as high as 20 grand in it I will call every attorney because this unlawful reporting was the main reason I was forced out of trucking after 20 + years (safe).

I'm interested to see how this pans out for you all. Just curious what amounts people will be receiving. Seems like it could be a lot, but I'm thinking most will probably be little. Keep us posted.
