Anyone heading to Joplin on Feb 6?

Anyone heading to to Joplin on Feb 6th? Thanks to ECU for all your posts, you have really helped me make my decision, as a new driver about where I want to start my career, after 20 plus years in the Army it looks like Con Way Truckload will be a great choice for me and my family.

 

Got pushed back until 13 Feb, oh well at least I will be home to watch the Superbowl.

 

Just got a call from Christine confirming me for Monday, just got to pass my test on Friday and get on the bus to Joplin. I'm am so ready to get started.

 

Nothing like passing my CDL test today and go to the DMV to get my new license only to find out that the lady at my school didn't send a new medical clearance screening form into the state and then tried to lie she didn't know it was required even though she then admits she sent them in for 3 other students last week. So now I can't get my license untill Tuesday at the earliest, and have to wait another week to start orientation. UGGGGHHHH I hate dealing with morons.

 

Finally got all the paperwork straightend out between my school and the state of Kentucky and got my CDL today, can't wait to start orientation on Monday.
