Anyone know anything about mbm in riverside calif???

Very hard physical work with super long hours often during the night. That's the reason.

And..(I am INTIMATELY familiar with that particular MBM DC/Riverside) the transportation supervisor is (A.) a Royal prick...(B) you will routinely be expected to lie, cheat and steal to finish the route. (C) Like unloading 1800-2000 pieces a night after backing in to anything from a Circle K/KFC etc..? Down a ramp and hand truck that stuff in...and stack/rotate it, depending on the customer. The turnover is incredible there. And now that MBM has been bought out, it's even worse..Good luck..

 

I thought about applying there but every single mbm guy I talked with had nothing but bad things to say

 

I always wonder why drivers quit these jobs, saying how bad they are, but won't report the company to the proper authorities. If no one stands up and says something, nothing changes. Upper management at the company probably have no idea how bad the situation is. They probably think the manager is great, but the employee's hate him.

 

Just curious, not doubting you, how do you have to steal to finish the route?

 

they call me for interview in ontario but alot people say is hard work they pay is good but no for truck driver maybe u needs to going team because u are new u are extra board sucks maybe i needs to looking for something better they work 6 days a week no personal life,
