Im curious how many people have purposely left someone behind at a truckstop or somewhere a long way away from home.
I did in laredo tx, granted I didnt actually leave him behind I just hid the truck very well. He jumped out at the fuel island to go take a leak and get some food. At this point I was furious with him for being a complete slob and an ###. The deal was with us is the person thats not fueling takes out the garbage and transflos the paperwork. At this point we've been teaming for 3 months and to this point he has still never filled out the BOL, nor any of the qualcomm mac's.
He was 5 weeks behind on sending his logs in which I still cant figure out how he got away with because I cant go more then 10 days before they scream at me. They are supposed to shut us down after 14 days.
Anyways, on this day he just went in without doing anything that was supposed to be taken care of, along with him having 6 pee bottles of his own rolling around the sleeper (thats one thing he must throw out). So at this point im fumming because I even asked/hinted/told to take care of it before he went in other wise he wouldnt do it when he came back out cause I wouldve been pulled forward already.
It was prob a good 100 degree day and scott (team mate) was a big guy and very slow mover when its hot, so I figured I would hide the truck on the way other end of the lot where he couldnt see it unless he walked the entire length of the pilot lot which I knew he wouldnt do. Luckily he didnt take his phone with him so i didnt have to deal with getting called. I just turned on the cb and asked the guys by the island if they can see some iddiot wandering around that looks lost. After about 10-15 min of him baking in the sun I asked one of them on the cb to hint where the truck was. When he got back he wasnt as pissed as i thought he would be. But after that he finally threw out the garbage without me telling him.
To this day I still dont regret or even feel sorry for getting that iddiot fired. 2 unreported acciddents (knocked over a stop/go light and kept going) and high hooked ripped the fairing brackets out of the cab and crushed the muffler on a new truck w/ less than 150k on it
Anyone purposely leave there team mate behind

I can't say that I ever did this but I have heard stories of some cracked out team member getting left behind while trying to hold on to the mirrors.
