When you go for your DOT physical, you never even HEARD of whiplash.

Ditto for the job interview. Any medical questions, tell them to contact the company medical review officer.

Don't post your medical records on the open forum. The walls have eyes.

PM members if you wanna discuss medical issues in depth.

I am 32. I hope by 2022 I am pain free. I have no choice but to stay patient and calm and focus on walking 5 miles a day and my physical therapy exercizes. I just quit tobacco. I used to smoke, then tobacco snus and now I have quit all of them. Health is wealth, now I know. This innury changed me, nothing like good health.

Did you fully recover? Do people recover fully from whiplash or it stays for the rest of the life? If it stays, then I am screwed. It will be a long painful life :(

Positive attitude helps. But when you age most of the breaks and tears turn to arthritis that's why you keep active I'm 64 now and feeling great (most days) lol

Thank you sir. I will try to stay active. 5 miles of walk a day is something that I won't comprise on, ever! If I recover 85% from this and some pain once in a while, then I am fine with that. Shoulder blades don't hurt now, that'a a good sign. Top of my shoulders have recovered like 70%. The only thing that is killing me right now are the two spots in the side of upper neck, just below my ears. It feels tight. It feels like something is stuck there. I am going for massage these days. Trigger point injections are a joke, they didnt work a tiny bit.

I also wear a brace to have a good posture. It helped my shoulders recover.
