Have you looked at the book Convict Conditioning by Paul Wade? It's a way of working out developed by a convict who had a cell and not much else, he wanted to be ripped, be fit, and intimidating. I looked into it because yeah a truck has more freedom then a prison cell but deep down they are similar small confined space and no fancy equipment and multiple weights to use.

I bought that shake weight thing from Walmart two years ago.
Used it for maybe and month then fell off, just wasn't motivated.
There is time, 30 minutes a day works, but I'd rather watch movies, play Xbox or sleep lol. I figure I'm still young enough to join a gym after getting a local job, eventually....
Went from 185 to maybe 195 in two years.. Not bad I guess.mje Thanks this. -

Pick the booth that is furthest away from the buffet line. It's a nice walk to and from.

They make a flat bench that goes to incline and is portable. Just got to yank it out and in the truck when you want to workout. Also they have adjustable dumbells that go up to 150lb or more a piece. It's pricey but to me worth it. My buddy said his friend made a pull up bar inside the sleeper. If I ever go back Otr I'd do this. Just some suggestions.

I'm not sure how big you are on cardio, but 32 laps around a truck with a 53' trailer is equivalent to 1 mile.

Run 2 miles a day, 5.8 to 6.2 mph, drink an oz of water for every lb you weigh. Avoid loves pizza - eat soup and salad. Avoid red bulls and soda

an oz for every pound is probably an excessive amount of water for someone who doesn't have regular bathroom access. Excessive in general, really.
