Check to see if a belt is loose or broken.

Sounds like the breaker is tripped, I'd look for the reset button as was mentioned, just push it in and try again.

Are you looking for faults on the bunk controls, or are you plugging in a laptop and having the software do the whole autorun thing? There'll be a CECU panel somewhere... it's usually placed in a sidebox... and it comes with a Mini USB to USB cord.. the mini USB end goes into the CECU, and the USB goes into the laptop... you don't need any software.. the CECU simply shows up as another drive on your computer, and, once the software runs, you can pull fault codes, do performance monitoring, etc.

I have a question about apu unit. I start it up and runs fine but when I hit the AC or fan or heat bottoms nothing happens it's a comfort pro dcp3 anyone know?

If not, then from there, I'd check the red breaker switch at the bottom of the unit, see if that's been tripped. After that, remove the top access panel, check that fuse at the back of the unit... also, check your belts. Depending on what model you have, there's either a large black v-belt or a (usually red) linked belt which goes to the generator.... if that's excessively loose or broken, it won't actuate the generator, ergo, it won't produce any power. Anything beyond that, and you start getting into the CECU, harnesses, the generator itself, etc.Last edited: May 30, 2016
