I can't stand going to Florida. I don't know what 20 million people see in this pecker-shaped place, but it's always sweltering hot and humid. It's probably 100° with 95% humidity today. The traffic is horrible. Whether it's a guy with Michigan tags on vacation lost and trying to find his exit, an old man driving 10 under the speed limit with his left blinker on for the past 9 miles, or a New York transplant who was already a bad driver to begin with, nobody knows how to drive in Florida. Oh yeah, and let's not forget how much more likely you are to get your freight stolen there.
DUNE-T Thanks this. -
Memphis is the worst. Best part is if you breakdown some guy will come by and rob you and probably kill you. If that doesn't happen you can just go to a truck stop, any store, or walmart, and get killed and robbed that way too. Either way you are probably gonna get robbed and killed one way or another. Or if those don't happen you can always get killed by a stray bullet flying through your windshield. Welcome to Memphis.

Forgot to quote the one about FL -
I live in San Antonio and while I can't say I hate going home.... the i35 corridor is pretty miserable from Ardmore, Ok on down. I'll that the extra time to go down 281.

Maybe, maybe not. I'll stick to 281. Less 4wheelers and less mega carrier rolling road blocks in the middle lanes. Lol

The Southwest of the country. It's hot and dry. I hate the desert! It's can kiss my ###!

I take routes less traveled too
