ARKANSAS English Checks Have Begun, They’re checking ALL trucks

I believe a lot of this BS is actually propaganda from enemy countries to cause division in this country. It's been going on forever but the internet makes it way easier, now.

While they can and should tweak the bill , I think anyone operating a commercial vehicle in this country should be proficient in speaking and understanding English… Someone does not comprehend English. They should not be permitted to drive a commercial vehicle in this country because it becomes a safety issue because they can’t read signs… The Austin incident is a prime example
