Most these officers aren't going to ask some white guy from Kansas if he can read English. It's obviously going to target guys that show up with yellow finger nails that look like they swam all the way from somali . Id be glad to sit down in a rocking chair and read DOT the little engine that could, if it meant I never had to hear another language again in America. I quit flatbed because I got so sick of showing up to construction sites And no one could speak English.
