That’s not what you said. You said it’s not likely to happen at a license bureau, when in reality that is where it’s likely to happen. One of the stories in an above screenshot went on for just under 4 years in California, with three different DMV’s involved, and different trucking schools.

Even if cousin Ivan is working at the DMV, the written tests are automated (not hard to train someone on the answers to tests) but how long before someone notices that "Ivan" passes all the foreign accents before someone gets the hint that something must be awry...?
Looks to me like it was EXACTLY what I said....
I did say it wasnt likely. And it isnt. How many testing station are there in the USA? And how many had bad cops in them? Whats the percentage? Like I said, not likely, but they would get caught if they did. EXACTLY what I said...
The ones that dont seem to get caught are the guys at the scale. Which is again, exactly what I said.
In 1984 in Arkansas I had a DOT cop ask me for my log book, It wasnt up to date. He hands it back to me. A minute later he asks to see my log book. I knew what he wanted, I just had no idea how much. So I just gave him my log book back without any money in it. He hit me a $125.00 log book fine.
AI Overview
There's no single, definitive count of "DMV testing stations" in the US, as the number varies by state and the specific type of facility. However, it's estimated that there are thousands of DMV offices and related locations across the country where drivers can conduct various vehicle-related transactions, including obtaining licenses and conducting driving testsLast edited: Jun 8, 2025 at 5:25 PM

I would bet that "HabHab" is shady. But I cant think of any TC area exam stations that would look the other way. MAYBE Rochester, they were easier to pass, the outfit I used to work at used to send people there after I left. We went to Eagan when I was there which was one of the toughest in the country at the time. Also why I would think Interstate is an ok school, they test there as well. Wisconsin test is 50% pre-trip and 50% just riding around the country, so its not like thats a tough one.
A school faking the paperwork is one thing. Cops passing people for money is what he was talking about. And as I said, Im not aware of any of that going on in Minnesota. Never even heard rumors to that effect.Last edited: Jun 8, 2025 at 6:21 PM
