Nice, I'd blame his team driver. Team driver hated him, slipped a rufie in his drink and then reported him to the company to be fired lol

Not true at all. Alcohol is not illegal, and any company worth working for doesn't care if you drink while of duty. They only care if you party to the point of being arrested.

most companies these days aren't worth working for all the starter companies anyway and they do care companies do not want the drivers in their trks until they are 100% sober.if the Op went back to his truck after a night out and still drunk and not arrested you bet he would get fired if his co driver or anyone called his company.I bet your company has the same policy, ask your safety dept then let me know.it's a policy with common since.any dependable driver knows right from wrong.the Op would have got fired reguardless of getting thrown in jail.I do commend him though for taking responsibility for his actions.

Yea I think the going back to the truck was the clincher along with running around the truck stop naked eating a bologna sandwich with pickles.

We didn't,t get all the discovery at the beginning of the thread.

He is properly compensated for overseeing the equipment when off duty on the road. That compensation is the paycheck he recieves every Friday. Seriously, being responsible for the equipment while off duty is part of the job. It's like doing a good pretrip and posttrip, if you are paid mileage do you expect to be compensated extra for those?

I know ,but I had a hot smart sane one for 8 years ,tough to get back on the Crazy Train.

Went out another date last night ,she was small and tight and could handle her drinks, but way too. controlling and all she did was talk about herself.

There is a reason I like my paid girls in Cuba.
