Thank you all another thing I'm interested in is dot physically what all is that I was told its just like a sports physical but they add a urin test hearing and eyesite test

 

Also lifting a crate and duck walking .

 

I had a hip replacement a few years ago I'm going to use my hob insurance now to get one locally before I go to be safe on passing it

 

I have a question how far do you have to go on the paper application for non CDL holders I've heard 3, 5 and 7 years

 

10 years! Plain and simple.

Wow. I guess my application was wholly incomplete and they shouldn't have hired me.

I did not have a CDL and was not asked to provide more than 3 years of job history. Now, I had the same job for the last 7 years, so if I did need 5 years it was already taken care of. The 10 years requirement does not apply to non-CDL holders who did not hold DOT regulated driving jobs.

So on the note of job history, what if you have held a cdl job for two years? Do you still give 10 years of job history?
