I'm being considered for a position with Prime and I have a few questions. I have my CDL Class A with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements. I live in Washington State. Am I going to have to re-take the CDL test for MO?

I am also prescribed Prozac and Trazedone, does anyone know if those will get me disqualified?

 

They may have you take a company test, but you will not have to retake the actual cdl test or transfer your license

How much does the tv rental thing cost and is it worth it?

 

I do not have it but saw the cost
$200 upfront fee
$23 weekly fee

 

Does anyone have any information on the new CDL program they've been offering? Accelerated or however you all describe it? Is it essentially the same as what they have on their website? I believe it's 40k miles and then Ace for your own truck.

Also, I live in the southeast. I know I'd apply for a Missouri CDL Permit with Prime. Is it easy to transfer this back to your homestate and would I have to retake a skills test? I'd imagine states would be lax about it considering you just recently received your CDL and, hopefully, would be activity driving.

How many miles/week are you company tanker drivers averaging? Are you OTR or didicated/regional? Have they put driver-facing cameras in the cabs? Thanks.

 

Can't answer the tanker questions, but Prime has no company cameras, inward or outward.

 

Is the physical in Pittson done by Concentra or in house doc?
