No, it appears there was no inspection so no it wont hit his CSA/PSP. However, according to the paperwork there was a crash so he gets 3 point automatically, regardless of at fault or not. Someone correct me.... Crashes are reported to PSP/CSA regardless of if an inspection took place.....

I don't see how psp would be involved.

It's clearly marked as DL and not CDL

Guy very gently rolled an oversized load into the ditch - at 3 mph. On video from rear escort.

State trooper ‘ Had to issue some kind of ticket’.

No injuries/fatalities - no road blockage.

No ticket = No conviction = No points.

It will be on your mvr for a short time and can be reissued as a citation. Just tell your bald (Hair N/A) friend to exercise caution.

Warnings on your mvr won’t affect your insurance premiums either.

Last, you can’t fight a warning so just own it and move on.

You know; there are a few people, who over the years and in their
employment capacities, have been blessed with having had access to probably every printed form the AR State Police use. And; I would venture if he has missed any, his friend up in IA probably could fill out the hand.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Unfortunately there's not much you can do about a warning. Like wore out said the guys in blue stripes are not trained on DOT stuff. Sucks a trooper showed up instead of a local. Local guy probably wouldn't have done anything. Luckily he didn't do an inspection. The insurance might find out but a warning shouldn't affect anything.

Indiana got me at 17 over in the left lane about 5 years ago. He wrote me a warning for the speed and a ticket for the lane violation. The lane violation is still there but the warning never showed up on my record.

I call BS. The only time I've ever heard of police being required to issue a ticket is for speeding in a school zone.
