Switched the other way a few years ago, coverage was about the same in the southwest.

    Same holes, in different places.

I pretty much run from houston east and no further north than allentown,pa the coverage maps look equal but i know these are usually manipulated to benfot each company only reason im even considering the switch is att is doubleing there data and im fixing to stary school otr and will need more just trying to get feel for others experience with att when i trained a few years ago mu trainer was on att i think we were pretty much equally covered everywhere but a few places

They're the same price, both have no service in different places.

    I just left KCKS up 435 to 29 to IA/NE2 to I80.
Listened to Pandora or TuneInRadio App all the way.
Data Coverage was Horrible in NW MO on 29 before they added the LTE haven't had problems lately.

Last experience I had w/ ATT, they were still Cingular, provided by my employer at the time. I've had paperweights more useful than that. If I needed a phone, 9 times out of 10 the work phone wouldn't have a signal, and my personal Verizon phone would be >50% signal. All the data in the world won't do you a lick of good when you don't have squat for a signal. Wife's Sprint phone is GREAT along the interstates. Get out into the sticks, and her "unlimited data" plan doesn't mean squat. Coverage is everything.

As a former att call center rep i would have to tell you att may have the better data but verizon has the better service area i went with straight talk while im otr it uses verizons cell towers and has unlimited data...if you can call it that
